EXCHANGES & RETURNS
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
All customers will have to cover the shipping fees of their exchange or return. Please allow up to 30 days for an exchange or return package to be processed.
Any balance due to your exchange will be refunded with your original order.
TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR PRODUCT, SIMPLY SHIP IT BACK:
Maximum 30 days from the day it was delivered.
In its original box/bag, clearly untouched, unworn, and odor-free - all hair units which have been used can't be exchanged. Any Hair Accessories you send back have to be returned in their original bags too.
As soon as we receive your package and make sure the Exchange & Return rules have been followed, we will proceed and place a new order for you or make a refund to PayPal, Western Union you submitted with your original order (note it make take up to 30 days for your package to be processed).
If you have any questions, email our customer care department at info@crownhairunit.com. Our customer care agents will answer as soon as possible (weekends are free, emails sent later on Friday and over the weekend will be addressed on Monday).
RETURNING A CROWN HAIR UNIT PRODUCT
1. As long as you didn't use the hair unit(s) and you are able to ship back the entire product in maximum 30 days from the day it was delivered in its original box/bag, we will be happy to refund or exchange the hair unit for you. Make sure and send it back without opening the package they came in. You can check out the hair unit without using and see if you like the hair unit, but once you use it (wet/shampoo, etc) and you cannot send them back for a return or exchange anymore.
2. Returns and Exchanges from global countries are NOT currently offered a free pre-paid return label. Shipping costs of returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email our customer care support at info@crownhairunit.com to assist you with your return from abroad and get all the information you need to send the package back. Please DO NOT return the package without contacting us in advance. The refund or exchange can't be processed without having your return request registered in our system.
Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays.
NOTE
There is NO restocking fee or charge to return your product, and we refund you 100%.
ELIGIBILITY
If your product is ineligible for exchange or refund we can:
Return the product to you
Donate the product.
Ineligible products will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.
