Welcome to the Crown Hair Unit FAQ page! We know you might have some questions before making a purchase or even just learning more about our awesome hair units. We've put together a list of the questions we get asked most often to help you find the information you need quickly and easily.
What is hair unit/man weave?
Man weave is a new hair extension method that provides you with a manly mane. It offers almost limitless possibilities, from changing the length and texture of your hair to changing its color or even pattern! It’s great for all occasions – work, play, or a special event.
Is it 100% human hair?
Yes. Our hair units are made from 100% real human hair.
How long does it take to ship?
Normally, it takes 3-5 business days to arrive. The tracking number will be emailed to your account after the parcel is shipped out.
Can I shower with it and wash it?
You can shower after it has been installed for over 48 hours. But it shouldn't be rinsed for a long time.
How often should I reuse a hair unit/man weave?
All of our units are resuable,and you can reinstall every 3-4 weeks.
Can I dyd or bleach my hair unit?
Natural black hair can be dyed/bleached while light colored hair can be dyed.
How do I know the size will fit my head?
Although there is no one-size-fits-all hair unit, the regular size of 8" x 10" (8'' wide, 10" long, 22.8" in circumference) can match the needs of most. Alternatively, you can customize your own hair system if needed. Please feel free to contact us.
How long can a hair unit last?
The hair unit can last 3-6 months and can last up to 15 months with good maintenance. However, it is always a good idea to go back to your hairstylist or barber to help with maintenance.
